No documents schema exists yet. There's no site-scoped documents table, no template store, and no signed-PDF archive. Rather than show fake uploads / template thumbnails / signature workflows, this page surfaces the gap so operators see the real state.

A future slice will land:

site_documents table (or equivalent) for tenant-scoped uploads
document_templates table for editable templates (estimate / invoice / contract)
Signed-PDF archive linking to jobs / carts
Per-template ACL via the existing role hierarchy
