No per-tenant usage / cost-tracking schema exists in v3. The fixture-driven UsageCostPage previously showed fake AI spend, API call counts, and per-member usage with no source — that's been removed. AI spend / API costs / per-member usage live in the admin-app accounting surface (Doppler-side) until usage tracking ships as its own slice. The visitor_usage table below is the only v3 usage signal available right now.
