- MFA coverage: would require an auth.users.factors join. Coverage metric is "Pending" until that wire lands.
- AI usage / spend caps: no usage-tracking table. Per-member AI fields stay 'pending' rather than fake spend values.
- Mutations (invite / edit / remove): deferred per parity guidance — attach read-only member list first, mutations land under explicit receipt discipline.
